We at CiBO Technologies are dedicated to changing the face of agriculture on the planet. We’re passionate about using software to solve problems across the agriculture value chain. Our technology is built to model the dynamic system of complex interactions between soil, weather, crop plants, and management practices. CiBO’s mechanistic models are the key to reverse-engineering and optimizing farming as an integrated whole. CiBO helps farmers maximize their harvests and minimize unnecessary impact on the environment. We’re using that same technology to manage risk in crop insurance, predict commodity price fluctuations, improve crop testing, and value farm land.

If you are driven to create the future of sustainable agriculture, we’d love for you to join us.

Engagement Manager

Boston, MA | Full-Time

Engagement Managers at CiBO are responsible for defining and delivering world-changing outcomes in partnership with our customers. Together with our Field Deployed Software Engineers, they work to identify the value problem to solve, to decompose that problem into an actual plan for its solution, and then to deliver against that plan. None of this is easy. Problems we seek to solve are hard. The environments we seek to work in are hard. And, at times, the customers we seek to work with will have their own internal challenges that get in the way of the solution. But, if you care about changing the world, this is the role that will let you do it.
